Nabil is the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM). In this capacity, he spearheads the group's strategic agenda, overseeing Marketing & Communications, Business Excellence, Corporate Strategy, and Research & Product Development. His leadership drives innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable long-term growth.

Nabil plays a pivotal role in shaping DHAM's growth trajectory by identifying emerging market opportunities and ensuring strategic alignment with the group's vision. He also leads the ESG framework, setting sustainability benchmarks and guiding initiatives that advance progress toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He previously served as Vice Chairman of Shuaa Capital.

He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arady Developments LLC, Board Member of Merex Investment Group LLC, and Board Member of Dubai Hills Estate Retail LLC.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona and is a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development.

Brigitte is the Managing Director, Investments and Portfolio Management of DH Investments Corporate LLC, the investment arm of Dubai Holding. She oversees strategic and financial investments across diverse asset classes globally, with responsibilities spanning transactions, portfolio management, governance, and key strategic initiatives.

She is also the Board member of Tunisie Telecom SA and Board member of SmartCity (Malta) Limited.

Brigitte holds a Master of Laws from the University of London (Queen Mary) and a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta.

Anuradha is the Chief Commercial Officer at Dubai Holding Real Estate. She leads the development and execution of commercial strategies across the residential and land portfolios of Nakheel, Meraas, Dubai Properties, and Meydan, overseeing marketing, sales, customer management, and commercial operations with a focus on accelerating sales growth, enhancing brand positioning and optimising the customer experience.

She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Bangalore Institute of Technology (India).

Zuber is the Chief Financial Officer at Dubai Holding Real Estate. A qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, he oversees financial strategy, operations, reporting, and compliance for the real estate portfolio.

He is also the Board member of SmartCity (Malta) Limited., Board member of SmartCity (Kochi) Infrastructure Private Limited, Board member of Al Sahel Resort BSC(c), and Board member of Mediterranean Gate Development Company.

Ahmad is the Executive Director of the Central Accounts Sector at the Department of Finance, Government of Dubai. He is responsible for aligning financial strategy with innovation and sustainability goals to ensure long-term value creation and position Dubai as a leading global financial hub.

He is also the Board member of Dubai Investment Fund, and Board member of the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings Scheme (DEWS), the region's first employee savings plan.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management (Accounting) from Dubai Men's College (UAE). He is a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development and the Future Government Leaders Programme in the Arab World.

Fahed is the Director of the Drainage and Recycled Water Projects Department at Dubai Municipality. With over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, he has overseen a portfolio exceeding AED 35 billion in completed projects and an ongoing pipeline of more than AED 100 billion.

He holds an MBA with honours in Strategic Management and Planning from Strathclyde University (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah (UAE).

Badr is the Deputy Director General of Planning & Development at Dubai Development Authority (DDA). He leads the regulation of planning and development across DDA's jurisdiction, which expanded under his leadership from 44 million sq. metres to approximately 350 million sq. metres.

He holds an MBA from the American University in Dubai (UAE) and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the UAE University.

Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdul Rahim Sultan Al Olama is a Professor of Jurisprudence and its fundamentals at the College of Law at the United Arab Emirates University in Al Ain (UAE), in addition to being a certified expert in financial affairs concerning compliance with Islamic Shariah principles.

Professor Dr. Mohamed Ali Elgari holds the distinction of being a former Professor of Islamic Economics at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), and the former Director of the Centre for Research in Islamic Economics at the same university.

Dr. Salim Ali Al Ali is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Shariah and Islamic Studies at the College of Law at the United Arab Emirates University (UAE) where he teaches a variety of courses related to Islamic law and Islamic banking.

H.E. Al Malek is a prominent leader in the UAE business landscape, contributing, over the past two decades, to Dubai's economic growth, urban development and innovation. As the Chief Executive Officer of DHAM, he has successfully overseen diverse portfolios across retail and residential assets, corporate synergies, strategic investments and acquisitions, as well as reinforced business resilience and ensured sustainable growth across all verticals. In addition, H.E. Al Malek holds a government position as the Director General of the Dubai Development Authority (DDA). As chairman of the boards of directors of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) and TECOM Group PJSC, H.E. Al Malek has driven strategic initiatives, fostered innovation ecosystems and further strengthened Dubai's global economic position.

Gautam Gurnani is a Senior Vice President with Dubai Holding Investments, Dubai Holding's investment arm that is dedicated to executing a range of strategic and financial investments through direct and indirect strategies across asset classes with a global diversification mandate. Gautam is a founding member of Dubai Holding Investments and, in his role, leads the direct investments and co-investment transactions for the vertical.

Girish Kumar is Executive Director of Finance at the Fund Manager. In this role, he oversees accounting and statutory reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, billing and collections as well as investor relations.

Deema Darwish is the Executive Director of Strategy & Product Development at DHAM. In this capacity, she spearheads corporate strategic planning, investment management and product development across diverse asset classes. Her mandate is to drive growth, expansion and the optimisation of DHAM's real estate portfolio, ensuring its sustained market leadership.

Umar is a Dubai Holding Group employee and acts as the Executive Director of Investments at the Fund Manager on an outsourced basis. Umar is responsible for leading the Fund Manager's investment team, which plans, manages and advances short- and long-term investment strategy, executes investment and divestment transactions, and undertakes portfolio management activities, market and feasibility analysis, valuation and reporting.

Valeriy is a Dubai Holding Group employee and acts as the Portfolio Manager of Investments at the Fund Manager on an outsourced basis. Valeriy is responsible for supporting the Executive Director of Investments in leading the Fund Manager's team, which plans, manages and advances short- and long-term investment strategy, executes investment and divestment transactions, and undertakes portfolio management activities, market and feasibility analysis, valuation and reporting.

Mayssa Schoucair is the Director of Risk and Compliance at the Fund Manager, where she leads the enterprise risk management and compliance functions. She oversees the development and enhancement of governance frameworks, ensures alignment with the REIT's risk appetite and regulatory requirements, and supports informed decision-making that protects organizational resilience and sustains long-term value for unitholders.

With over 15 years of experience across audit, enterprise risk management, and governance within leading regional and international organisations, Mayssa drives adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
