DHAM REIT Management LLC is the Fund Manager for Dubai Residential REIT. Headquartered in Dubai, DHAM REIT Management LLC is wholly-owned by the Dubai Holding group – a leading global investment conglomerate, driving the city’s growth through a diversified portfolio encompassing real estate, hospitality, entertainment, and other strategic sectors. DHAM REIT Management LLC is licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and subject to its regulatory oversight.
What We Do
As the Fund Manager, DHAM REIT Management LLC aims to enhance the operational and financial performance of all residential properties comprising the Dubai Residential REIT. Our management team, drawn from Dubai Holding, brings a wealth of real estate asset management experience, with the goal of driving sustainable growth and stable returns for investors. Support functions are provided by DHAM through a service level agreement, which helps streamline operations and reduce costs. Our responsibilities include managing vendors, procuring and publishing valuation reports, and overseeing asset and lease contracts. We also organise earnings calls and shareholder meetings. Operating under the strict guidelines of the CMA, we maintain high standards of governance, transparency, and compliance.
